“Jackie Hawkinson frequently partners with our listing broker, Mary-Lou McDonough. They worked together to transform our home from lovely to remarkable. I never worked with brokers who worked so hard on a listing. My experience has been that the listing broker gathers information, inputs it into a data base, has a broker's open house, and an open house, the sale happens after a month or so, and the broker gets their commission. This was not the case with Jackie and Mary-Lou. They worked very, very hard to make the property as wonderful as possible in order to get the best value possible.”

“Marketing was different than usual because of the corona virus (no hard copies of any materials), but Jackie did a great job, both informing us of what was currently available, and lining up appointments to show the house, keeping strict adherence to Covid restrictions (masks, gloves, showings limited to 2 people plus their broker by appointment only, no kids, etc.) Jackie brought in Mary Lou McDonough for consultation at one point, and she was equally excellent - very impressed! One of the above answers how long it took to sell our house, and the smallest amount of time was 2 weeks or less. Our house sold at the 2nd open house on Sunday, May 10 (Mothers Day - I considered cancelling the OH because of the "holiday"), and we had 6 competitive offers on "offer day," Tuesday May 12! That was 4 days after it was listed!”

She prepared a full assessment of our property and gave us sound advice. She did not charge for this service, and we felt immensely grateful for it. MANY years later, we reached out to her to help us find a new home. Jackie is such a personable, gentle and thoughtful individual. At no point did we feel we were frustrating her (our search took two years!). She seemed to take each "no, not this one" dismissal in stride and still kept her eye out for us, and encouraged us toward the end when it truly felt we were not going to ever find the right house.
